Groundbreak LLC (“Groundbreak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Groundbreak Pro, a real estate deal analysis platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform or visit our website.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name (optional), company name (optional), and primary market. We use this to personalize your experience and communicate with you about your account.

Deal & Project Data

We store the real estate deal data you enter into Groundbreak Pro — including property addresses, financial figures, rehab budgets, and project notes. This data is owned by you and associated with your account. We do not share, sell, or analyze your deal data for any purpose other than providing the platform.

Waitlist Information

If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any optional information you provide (name, market, investment strategy). We use this solely to notify you when beta access opens and to understand our user base.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs and anonymous usage analytics to improve the platform. This may include page views, feature usage, and error logs. We do not track individual users across external websites.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed Postgres database with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Vercel for application hosting and authenticate via industry-standard OAuth and email/password flows.

We do not store payment card information. Payment processing (when enabled) will be handled by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your deal data with third parties. We may share aggregate, anonymized data (e.g., “X% of investors in Phoenix use BRRRR strategy”) that cannot identify individual users.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• • Stripe — payment processing (when enabled)

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@groundbreakos.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which will permanently remove your profile and all associated deal data.

Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify account holders of significant changes via email. Continued use of Groundbreak Pro after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
